Multi-disc Safety Brake Implementation

Utilize a multi-disc safety brake system. In the event of a single brake failure, the elevator remains capable of halting reliably and securely.

Safety Gear Operation

The speed governor oversees the safety gear’s activation to guarantee a safe halt of the elevator should its speed exceed the standard speed limit.

Speed Governors

When the elevator exceeds the standard speed limit, the speed governor activates, cutting off the elevator’s safety circuit to ensure the elevator stops operating promptly, prioritizing passenger safety.

Light Curtain Door Protection

We use infrared receivers with beams to create a protective network outside the elevator door. This enhances the reliability of the entire elevator system and ensures maximum security for passengers.

Door Lock Protection

If the elevator undergoes maintenance or experiences a short circuit due to other factors, the control system will activate a safety protocol to cease elevator operation, prioritizing passenger security.

Anti-Damp Systems

As the elevator door closes, the door motor control system automatically tests the torque. If the torque exceeds 150N, the door will immediately reverse direction to prevent passengers from getting caught, ensuring their safety.

Traction Machine Short-Circuit Techniques

In case of elevator brake failure, the elevator is designed to stop reliably and safely, attributed to the three-phase winding of the short-circuit traction machine. This ensures passenger safety in any emergency situation.

Buffers

We employ a hydraulic buffer to maximize passenger safety by absorbing abnormal impact energy from the elevator to the fullest extent possible.

UCMP

If unintended movement occurs within the lock area while the elevator is stopped at a specific floor, Lincoln’s unintended car movement protection system activates. Detectors in the shaft transmit signals to the control system’s brake, swiftly stopping the elevator to guarantee passengers’ safe entry and exit.

Ascending Car Overspeed Protection

This device automatically slows down or stops the elevator if it is ascending at a speed exceeding 1.2 times its nominal speed, ensuring passenger safety.
